     High-Definition Leadership produces and hosts standard and customized workshops for corporations, non-profit organizations, associations and groups. Each workshop is developed and managed in tandem with the client or organization to provide highly specialized, customized workshop topics, materials and resources to meet specific group needs.

Color Code/Character Code - Workshop format based on The Color Code (for in-depth information, see The Color Code), which is the most revolutionary and accurate measurement of your personality available on the market today. When clients experience the revelation of The Color Code assessment, personal esteem increases and awareness of limitations brings wisdom. The Color Code – who we are; and The Character Code – who we are becoming, are highly effective tools for understanding how to make sense out of life's relationship puzzles.

Our Personality – Who We Are—Workshop design reviews staff assessment results, creates customized content covers each organization's staff- and management -performance results. PowerPoint presentation reviews each of the four personality types for The Color Code.

Our Character – Who We are Becoming—Workshop design takes personal development goals to the next level. Providing a systematic process to implement change, participants are encouraged and championed in their process to grow toward short and long-term goals.

Personalized Staff Coaching Workshop—Personal group and one-on-one coaching sessions designed to provide linear or nurturing ambiance; locations selected and meals prepared per the client's specifications to enhance the experience. Thirty-minute sessions dedicated to individual coaching with staff members.

Custom Workshops—Businesses and groups often have special needs to help encourage and build relationship competencies. High-Definition Leadership evaluates research and designs a custom workshop to meet each group's goals to create positive and productive outcomes where everyone wins.

Seminars
     High-Definition Leadership designs course curriculum to deliver informal discussions for small groups of students that can be conducted over a one-hour lunch session or anytime during the day. Small workshops consist of roughly 10-15 employees or groups members where they learn team work and relationship competencies to empower self-management skills through the development of Emotional Intelligence.

Corporate and Personal Retreats
     High-Definition Leadership offers corporate and private group retreats that provide a relaxing, rejuvenating environment and inspire "high-performance teams" to build positive, productive and stress-free relationships.
     High-Definition Leadership staff coordinates an enriching and relaxing theme in a location that inspires a welcoming ambiance helping participants feel relaxed and invigorated. Our discussions range from deeply personal subjects about relationship crisis triage to coaching for life enrichment, and from helping coach moms to become mighty to dads to become more dynamic and involved with their families.
