Heather Duzan, CPCC Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Founder, High-Definition Leadership

    Heather Duzan, CPCC, has been mentoring individuals in personal development for over 20 yeas. Her experience and training provide the foundation for coaching others to success through personal leadership competency development. As a coach, she creates the confidential space for others to bravely examine areas of life that are not consistent with their core personality, values and passions. As an engaging and energetic speaker, Heather inspires her audience by speaking to the potential of the individual. Whether it is team management or individual spiritual development, her audiences are challenged to dream beyond their circumstances to consider what is possible when the extraordinary person within is brought forth. Through character development, Heather shows others how to move forward from "average" or "mediocrity" to pursue the highest level of excellence.
     Heather attended the Coaches Training Institute in 2005 and received her certification in November 2006. She is also certified to train individuals and organizational teams in personality development through The People Code (formerly The Color Code), and parenting skills development through her certification in the effective Positive Discipline curriculum developed by Jane Nelson, Ed.D. She also completed Henry Cloud and John Townsends' leadership-intensive, Ultimate Leadership Workshop, and regularly pursues personal development programs to support her passion to be "all she can be."
     Heather conducts workshops for businesses and corporations to equip managers and leaders for the ultimate challenge of managing people. Heather is a highly respected, well-known keynote speaker and author who was selected from a nationwide search to be featured in Faith Lessons, a highly successful book series from Tennessee-based Insight Publishing. She leads retreats in spiritual development for individuals, marriages and small groups. She also coaches engaged couples and performs marriage ceremonies.
     In her leisure time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her granddaughters Aubrey and Ava, and relishes her time touring the country with her husband Joe, her terrier and candy apple red motorcycle, both named Harley.

    In 1998, after more than 20 years in the corporate world as a successful consultant, Aprille Janes, CPCC, pursued her dream of working with creative business women. Aprille now runs a full-time coaching practice to support women in developing their potential both in their businesses and personal lives. She believes that creativity and collaboration are powerful tools for women wanting to achieve outstanding results.
     Aprille helps women tap into a powerful business and life resource that they already possess – their creative intuition. Her workshops, Mastermind groups and retreats break through the artificial limits we place on ourselves. She helps her clients gain the confidence and skills needed to bring their dreams to life.      Aprille received her coaching and leadership development training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the largest accredited coach training institutions in the world. Aprille is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a consultant, she worked with clients such as Coca-Cola®, Minute Maid® and Cardinal Health developing new business processes and systems. In addition, she is a published writer whose work has appeared in magazines, major newspapers and literary anthologies.
